§ 2998-c. Best practices.
1.The center shall:\n (a) Review and promote research to assist health care providers and\nhealth plans in identifying systemic problems in health care leading to\nmedical errors or impairing patient safety or health care quality,\nidentifying appropriate quality improvement strategies and developing\nand adopting health care best practices;\n (b) Serve as a clearing house of information for health care providers\nconcerning quality improvement strategies and best practices; and\n
