§ 294 — Jurisdiction

  § 294. Jurisdiction. Jurisdiction of all matters pertaining to drug\ndisposal by this article is vested exclusively in the state. Any\nprovision of any local law or ordinance, or any rule or regulation\npromulgated prior to, or upon the effective date of this section, shall\nbe preempted.\n
