§ 2906. Hospitals included. As used in this article, the term\n"hospital" shall include public health centers, diagnostic or treatment\ncenters, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes and chronic disease\nhospitals as defined in section six hundred thirty-one (i) of the\nfederal public health service act, as amended, tuberculosis, mental,\nchronic disease, and other types of hospitals, including laboratories,\nout-patient departments, nurses' homes and training facilities, and\ncentral service facilities operated in connection with hospitals, but\ndoes not include any hospital furnishing primarily domiciliary care.\n
