* § 2803-aa. Sickle cell disease information distribution. The\ncommissioner shall design an informational packet about sickle cell\ndisease, including screening, prevention, and treatment information.\nEvery general hospital shall distribute the packet to every patient, or,\nif the patient lacks capacity to make health care decisions, to a person\nwho has authority to make health care decisions for the patient, who is\nsuspected to be at high risk of inheriting sickle cell disease.\n * NB There are 2 § 2803-aa's\n
