§ 2775. The acquired immune deficiency syndrome institute.

1.There\nis hereby established within the department of health the acquired\nimmune deficiency syndrome institute. The institute shall have the\ncentral responsibility for administering the provisions of this article\nand otherwise coordinating the state's policies with respect to acquired\nimmune deficiency syndrome.\n 2. The commissioner shall appoint a director of the institute and may\nassign such personnel within the amounts appropriated as is necessary to\ncarry out the provisions of this article.\n
