§ 2700. Bureau of chronic disease and geriatrics established. The\nstate department of health shall establish a bureau of chronic disease\nand geriatrics, which shall develop a program designed to improve and\nprotect the health and vitality of middle-aged and elderly citizens of\nthe state.\n
