§ 2721. Mary Lasker Heart and Hypertension Institute; organization.\nThe commissioner shall establish within the department a heart and\nhypertension institute to be named the Mary Lasker Heart and\nHypertension Institute for the purpose of promoting the screening,\nevaluation and methods of treatment of hypertension.\n
