* § 265-d. Members.
1.The members of the funding and ethics\ncommittees shall serve without compensation, but shall be entitled to\nreimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the\nperformance of their official duties. Such members, except as otherwise\nprovided by law, may engage in private employment, or in a profession or\nbusiness.\n 2. The provisions of section seventeen of the public officers law\nshall apply to members of the committees.\n 3. The provisions of article seven of the public officers law shall\napply to meetings of the funding and ethics committees.\n * NB Repealed December 31, 2025\n
