  § 223. Public health and health planning council; compensation and\nexpenses. The members of the public health and health planning council\nother than the commissioner of health shall receive no compensation for\ntheir services, but shall be reimbursed for expenses actually and\nnecessarily incurred in the performance of their duties.\n
