§ 2205. Tuberculosis; removal of patients to this state; reciprocity\nagreements.

1.The commissioner may make reciprocal agreements with\nstate officials or agencies of other states regarding interstate\ntransportation of state charges without state residence and to arrange\nfor the acceptance and tuberculosis hospital care and treatment of\npersons receiving similar public care and treatment in other states in\naccordance with the terms of such reciprocal agreements, but this state\nshall not, nor shall any county or city be committed to such care and\ntreatment of persons who are not, in the opinion of the commissioner,\nentitled to such public care and treatment by the laws of this state.\n 2. No agreement made pursuant to the provisions of this section shall\nbecome effective unti
