§ 2221. Tuberculosis; records of tuberculous patients; confidential.\nReports of tuberculous patients made pursuant to law and the sanitary\ncode and also all records of examinations of such patients shall not be\nopen to inspection by any person other than the health authorities of\nthe state and of the local health district, and said health authorities\nshall not permit any such report or record to be divulged so as to\ndisclose the identity of the person to whom it relates, except as may be\nauthorized in the sanitary code.\n
