§ 2229. Tuberculosis; vaccine and vaccination.

1.No vaccine shall be\nused for the purpose of inducing immunity against tuberculosis in humans\nin this state unless produced in accordance with regulations established\nor approved by the commissioner.\n 2. Vaccination with such approved vaccine shall be performed only in\naccordance with regulations established by the commissioner.\n
