§ 2225. Tuberculosis; recovery of patient; duty to report. Upon the\nrecovery of any person having tuberculosis, it shall be the duty of the\nattending physician to make a report of this fact to the proper health\nofficer, who shall record the same in the records of his office, and\nshall relieve said person from further liability to any requirements\nimposed by this article.\n
