§ 1602. Definition. When used in this article, the term "pesticide"\nmeans any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing,\ndestroying, repelling, or mitigating any insect, rodent, fungi, weeds,\nor other forms of plant or animal life or viruses, except viruses on or\nin living man or animals.\n
