§ 1526. County mosquito control commission; owners' claims, damages\nand payments.
1.Any person objecting to or who is aggrieved or who\nclaims damages due to the execution of the work of the commission, shall\nfile a protest with the commission setting forth his grievance or claim.\nThe commission shall thereupon and within thirty days after the filing\nof such protest or claim, set a day for a public hearing thereof. In all\nsuch cases the decision of the commission as to the necessity of such\nwork shall be final.\n 2. Any damage claimed by any party on account of entry work of the\ncommission upon his property shall be determined by an action in court\nto be tried in the county; and the amount of any damage that may be\nawarded such party shall be included in the next succeeding e
