§ 1407. Powers of the commissioner. In addition to the powers of the\ncommissioner or the public health council to effectuate the provisions\nof this article, the commissioner shall have the power to:\n 1. Cooperate with state and federal officials to investigate the\nstatements made in any statements or solicitation made or filed, and to\npromote camp safety standards.\n 2. Cooperate with the attorney general in the prosecution of actions\nunder this article.\n 3. Maintain a file open for public inspection and answer any inquiries\nconcerning any camp regulated by this article.\n 4. Establish forms and procedures to secure compliance with this\narticle.\n 5. Publish a list of states which have adopted camp safety standards\nand a program of compliance comparable to those of New Yo
