§ 1404. Penalties; failure to file disclosure statements. The\nattorney general may seek an injunction against any children's camp,\ncamp owner, operator, director or officer enjoining the solicitation of\nenrollments for children in such camps who reside within the state of\nNew York for failure to file a disclosure statement or repeated failure\nto comply with the provisions of section fourteen hundred two of this\narticle.\n
