§ 647. Jurisdiction over trust.
1.The trust shall not be deemed a\n"covered organization" as defined in the New York state financial\nemergency act for the city of New York.\n 2. The department of investigation of the city shall be authorized to\nconduct investigations relating to the trust pursuant to chapter\nthirty-four of the New York city charter.\n 3. The comptroller of the city, or his or her legally authorized\nrepresentative, is hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to\nexamine the books and accounts of the trust including its receipts,\ndisbursements, contracts, reserve funds, sinking funds, investments, and\nany other matters relating to its financial standing.\n
