§ 402-f. Searchable ticket database.
1.When residents call and file\ncomplaints and/or file a complaint online with the authority, the\nauthority shall assign the complaint a ticket number. The authority\nshall then make available this complaint and corresponding ticket number\non their website and over the phone in a public database which is\nsearchable by ticket number. Each searchable ticket number shall provide\nthe following information:\n (a) explanation of the complaint;\n (b) current status of the ticket;\n (c) whether or not the ticket is still open or closed;\n (d) any and all action taken on the complaint;\n (e) any and all action taken towards solving the complaint;\n (f) next steps to be taken, if known; and\n (g) any additional information the authority chooses to p
