* § 402-c. Notice upon denial of request. The New York city housing\nauthority shall provide a tenant, upon the denial of any request that\nwould permit a tenant to institute a grievance procedure, with a written\nnotice specifically articulating its reasons for such denial. Any such\nnotice shall also inform a tenant of the right to grieve a request\ndenial and the process by which such tenant may institute a grievance\nprocedure.\n * NB There are 2 § 402-c's\n
