* § 5-c. POW/MIA chair and plaque in the capitol. There shall be set\naside space in the capitol by the commissioner of general services for a\nPOW/MIA chair and plaque, and such commissioner shall provide for the\nplacement and maintenance of such chair and plaque in the capitol to\nhonor United States prisoners of war and those still missing in action.\n * NB There are 2 § 5-c's\n
