§ 558. Consent of state.
1.The state of New York does hereby agree\n(a) to the use by the authority, so long as its corporate existence\nshall continue, of any lands necessary or convenient for the project in\nwhich the state has any right, title or interest situate, lying or being\non Randall's island or Ward's island or in the waters adjacent thereto,\nprovided, however, that no buildings used by or for the state, shall be\nrazed or removed until the same have been vacated and (b) to the use by\nthe authority, so long as its corporate existence shall continue, of any\nlands under water necessary or convenient for the project.\n 2.
