§ 2890. Funds and accounts of public authorities. Notwithstanding any\ninconsistent provision of this chapter or any other general, special or\nlocal law, every authority or commission hereafter created by this\nchapter is hereby empowered to establish such funds and accounts as it\nmay deem necessary subject to such agreements as such authority or\ncommission shall conclude with the holders of its bonds or notes.\n
