§ 2676-v. Transfer of applications, proceedings, approvals, and\npermits.

1.Any application, review or process in relation to or in\nfurtherance of the purposes of or contemplated by this title heretofore\nfiled or undertaken, or any proceeding heretofore commenced or any\ndetermination, finding or award made, by the county or by the county\nwith the federal government, or any other public corporation shall inure\nto and for the benefit of the authority to the same extent and in the\nsame manner as if the authority has been a party to such application,\nreview, process, or proceeding from its inception, and the authority\nshall be deemed a party thereto, to the extent not prohibited by any\nfederal law.
