* § 159. State not liable on bonds. The bonds and other obligations of\nthe authority shall not be a debt of the state and the state shall not\nbe liable thereon nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than\nthose of the authority.\n * NB (Authority abolished June 30, 1978)\n
