§ 1500-b. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears from the context:\n 1. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section\nfifteen hundred-c of this title;\n 2. The term "city" shall mean the city of Buffalo;\n 3. The term "bonds" shall mean the bonds, notes or other evidences of\nindebtedness issued by the authority pursuant to this title relating to\nbonds and bondholders;\n 4. The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority;\n 5. The term "real property" shall mean lands, structures, franchises,\nand interest in lands, and any and all things usually included within\nthe said term, and includes not only fees simple absolute but also any\nand all lesser interest, such as easements, rights of way, uses

The term "project" shall mean any area or place operated or to be\noperated by the authority for the parking or storing of motor and other\nvehicles and shall, without limiting the foregoing, include all real and\npersonal property, driveways, roads, approaches, structures, terminals\nof all kinds, garages, meters, mechanical equipment, and all\nappurtenances and facilities on, above or under the ground which are\nused or usable in connection with such parking or storing of such\nvehicles in the area of the city or which facilitates electric vehicle\ncharging infrastructure;\n 7. The term "projects" shall mean more than one covered projects.\n 8. The term "covered project" shall mean a project located on a public\nparking facility owned by the city at the time this title shall take\neffect.\n 9. The term "Buffalo fiscal stability authority" shall mean the public\nbenefit corporation established pursuant to title two of article ten-D\nof this chapter.\n
