§ 1500-c. City of Buffalo parking authority.

1.A board to be known as\nthe "city of Buffalo parking authority" is hereby created. Such board\nshall be a body corporate and politic, constituting a public benefit\ncorporation, and its existence shall commence upon the appointment of\nthe members as herein provided. It shall consist of a chair and four\nother members, who shall be appointed by the mayor of the city of\nBuffalo, with the advice and consent of the city of Buffalo common\ncouncil. The mayor of the city may remove any member of the board for\nneglect of duty or misconduct in office, giving such member a copy of\nthe charges against them and an opportunity of being heard in person, or\nby counsel, in their defense upon not less than ten days notice.
