§ 1570-K — State and village not liable on bonds

§ 1570-k. State and village not liable on bonds. The bonds and other\nobligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of New\nYork or of the village, and neither the state nor the village shall be\nliable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than\nthose of the authority.\n
