§ 1570-A — Definitions
§ 1570-a. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears from the context:\n 1. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section\nfifteen hundred seventy-b of this title;\n 2. The term "village" shall mean the village of Harrison;\n 3. The term "bonds" shall mean the bonds, notes or other evidences of\nindebtedness issued by the authority pursuant to this title relating to\nbonds and bondholders and shall apply with equal force and effect to\nnotes and noteholders, respectively, unless the context otherwise\nclearly requires;\n 4. The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority;\n 5. The term "real property" shall mean lands, structures, franchises\nand interest in lands, and any and all things usually includ
