* § 1568. Inconsistent provisions in other acts superseded. In so far\nas the provisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of\nany other act, general or special, or of any local law of the village,\nthe provisions of this title shall be controlling.\n * NB Dissolved December 31, 1977\n
