* § 1561. Actions against the authority.
1.In every action against\nthe authority for damages, for injuries to real or personal property, or\nfor the destruction thereof, or for personal injuries or death, the\ncomplaint shall contain an allegation that at least ninety days have\nelapsed since the demand, claim or claims upon which such action is\nfounded were presented to a member of the authority, or to its\nsecretary, or to its chief executive officer and that the authority has\nneglected or refused to make an adjustment or payment thereof for ninety\ndays after such presentment.\n 2. An action against the authority for damages for injuries to real or\npersonal property, or for the destruction thereof, or for personal\ninjuries or death, alleged to have been sustained, shall not be\
