§ 1551 — Construction contracts
* § 1551. Construction contracts. The authority shall let contracts\nfor construction in the same manner, so far as practicable, as is\nprovided by law for contracts of the village, except that where the\nestimated expense of a contract does not exceed five hundred dollars,\nsuch contract may be entered into without public letting. Nothing in\nthis section shall be construed to limit the power of the authority to\ndo any construction directly by the officers, agents and employees of\nthe authority.\n * NB Dissolved December 1977\n * NB There are 2 § 1551's\n
