§ 1500-u. Termination of authority. Whenever all bonds or notes issued\nby the authority shall have been redeemed or cancelled, and all\ntransactions, debt, and such other obligations have been satisfied or\notherwise terminated, the agency shall cease to exist and all rights,\ntitles, interest, and assets thereof vested in or possessed by the\nauthority shall thereupon vest in and be possessed by the city of\nBuffalo.\n
