§ 1021-q. Prevailing wage. Whenever the authority enters into any\ncontract, subcontract, lease, grant, bond, covenant or other agreement\nfor or in connection with any construction, demolition, reconstruction,\nexcavation, rehabilitation, repair, renovation, alteration, or\nimprovement project, such project shall be deemed to be a public works\nproject for the purposes of article eight of the labor law, and all of\nthe provisions of article eight of the labor law shall be applicable to\nall the work involved in the construction, demolition, reconstruction,\nexcavation, rehabilitation, repair, renovation, alteration, or\nimprovement of such project.
