§ 39.17 State purpose. The development of a Niagara greenway plan is\nconsidered a state purpose. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any\nstate agency or public corporation within amounts appropriated or\navailable therefore may offer assistance to the commission in support of\nits corporate purpose through the lending of staff or other resources to\naccomplish the purposes of this article.\n
