§ 39.13 Cooperation with municipalities, state agencies and public\ncorporations.
1.The commission is a cooperative regional organization\nestablished to implement a greenway based upon the mutual assent and\nparticipation of each municipality, state agency and public corporation\nholding lands under its jurisdiction adjacent to the Niagara river. The\nactivities of the commission shall be coordinated with the local\nplanning and cultural and park activities of each municipality adjacent\nto the Niagara river.\n 2. Each municipality, state agency or public corporation may provide\nthe commission with the services of its agents, employees and facilities\nwithout charge to the commission.
