§ 3.11 Designation of deputies or agents. Whenever the office or\ncommissioner is granted any power, function or duty under the provisions\nof this chapter or other law, such power, function or duty may be\nexercised by the commissioner or by any employee of the office, or board\nor commission therein, designated by the commissioner for such purpose.\n
