§ 27.15 State aid; snowmobile enforcement.
1.Every county, city, town\nor village enforcing the provisions of this chapter relating to\nsnowmobiles shall be entitled to receive state aid as hereinafter\nprovided. A county, city, town or village seeking reimbursement for\nexpenditures incurred in enforcement of this article, including\nexpenditures incurred for signs and markers therefor, shall submit to\nthe commissioner by January first of each year an estimate of such\nexpenditures for the current fiscal year, in such form and containing\nsuch information as the commissioner may require. Within one month after\nthe close of the fiscal year, each such county, city, town or village\nshall submit to the commissioner a statement of authorized expenditures\nactually incurred, in such form
