§ 27.03 Uniform appearance ticket and simplified information.

1.The\ncommissioner shall prescribe the form of an appearance ticket and\nsimplified information for all cases involving a violation of any\nprovision of this chapter, articles forty-seven and forty-eight of the\nvehicle and traffic law, or of any local law, ordinance, rule,\nregulation or order adopted or promulgated thereunder, or of any class\nor category of such cases, and to establish procedures for proper\nadministrative controls over the disposition thereof. The commissioner\nmay, in his discretion, combine the form of the uniform appearance\nticket and simplified information authorized by this section with the\nappearance ticket and information authorized under the navigation law.\n 2.
