§ 25.11 Special events.
1.The commissioner may authorize the holding\nof special events as defined in section 21.05. He shall adopt and may,\nfrom time to time, amend rules and regulations determining the special\nevents which shall be subject to permit and designating the equipment\nand facilities necessary for safe operation of snowmobiles and for the\nsafety of operations, participants, and observers in such special\nevents. Whenever a special event is proposed to be held, the person in\ncharge thereof shall, at least fifteen days prior thereto, file an\napplication with the commissioner to hold such special event.
