§ 25.04 Designation of certain trails. The commissioner shall\ndesignate snowmobile trails which proceed along a New York state border\nand which, occasionally as dictated by terrain, cross into another\nstate, in which such snowmobile is registered and shall publish such\ntrail designation in the New York state register and other publications\naccessible to the snowmobiling public and shall make such designation\navailable to law enforcement departments which have jurisdiction over\nsuch trails to enable the department, such law enforcement departments\nand the snowmobiling public to identify which trails in the state may be\nused by a nonresident without requiring a registration of their\nsnowmobile in accordance with subdivision twelve of section twenty-two\nhundred twenty-two of the
