§ 17.09 Restriction on alienation. Real property acquired or\ndeveloped by a municipality with the aid of funds made available\npursuant to this article shall not be sold or disposed of or used for\npurposes other than public park, marine, historic site or forest\nrecreation purposes without the express authority of an act of the\nlegislature.\n
