§ 17.07 Municipal regulations; limitations. A municipality which\nacquires or develops real property with funds made available pursuant to\nthis article may establish reasonable rules and regulations to assure\nproper administration and development of such lands, provided that no\nrule or regulation restricting the use of such lands to the residents of\nthe municipality shall be effective without the express approval of the\ncommissioner.\n
