§ 15.07 Municipal regulations; limitations. A municipality which\nacquires lands with funds made available pursuant to this article may\nestablish reasonable rules and regulations to insure proper\nadministration and development of such lands, provided that no rule or\nregulation restricting the use of such lands to the residents of the\nmunicipality shall be effective without the express approval of the\ncommissioner.\n
