§ 1314. Actions or special proceedings by foreign corporations.\n An action or special proceeding may be maintained by a foreign\ncorporation, in like manner and subject to the same limitations, as an\naction or special proceeding brought by a domestic corporation, except\nas otherwise prescribed by statute.\n
