§ 1302. Application to existing authorized foreign corporations.\n Every foreign corporation which on the effective date of this chapter\nis authorized to conduct activities in this state under a certificate of\nauthority heretofore issued to it by the secretary of state shall\ncontinue to have such authority. Such foreign corporation, its members,\ndirectors, and officers shall have the same rights, franchises, and\nprivileges and shall be subject to the same limitations, restrictions,\nliabilities, and penalties as a foreign corporation authorized under\nthis chapter, its members, directors, and officers respectively.
