§ 201. Disposition of fees and penalties.
1.On the first day of each\nmonth or within ten days thereafter, all fines and penalties collected\nfor violations of this chapter, except for violations of article six,\nunder judgment of any town or village court or justice or pursuant to\ncompromise, shall be paid over by such court or justice to the\ncomptroller of the state, with a statement accompanying the same,\nsetting forth the action or proceeding in which such moneys were\ncollected, the name and residence of the defendant, the nature of the\noffense, and the fine or penalty imposed.\n 2.
