§ 326. Article thirteen of military law, added by laws of nineteen\nhundred forty-one, chapter six hundred eighty-six. Wherever in any\nsection or provision of Article thirteen of the military law, added by\nlaws of nineteen hundred forty-one, chapter six hundred eighty-six, as\nlast amended by laws of nineteen hundred forty-seven, chapter three\nhundred fifty-six, a proceeding, remedy, privilege, stay, limitation,\naccounting or other transaction has been authorized or provided with\nrespect to military service performed prior to April first, nineteen\nhundred forty-eight, such section or provision shall be deemed to\ncontinue in full force and effect so long as may be necessary for the\nexercise or enjoyment of such proceeding, remedy, privilege, stay,\nlimitation, accounting or other
