§ 323. Further relief.

1.A person may, at any time during his period\nof military service or within six months thereafter, apply to a court\nfor relief in respect of any obligation or liability incurred by such\nperson prior to his period of military service or in respect of any tax\nor assessment whether falling due prior to or during his period of\nmilitary service. The court, after appropriate notice and hearing,\nunless in its opinion the ability of the applicant to comply with the\nterms of such obligation or liability or to pay such tax or assessment\nhas not been materially affected by reason of his military service, may\ngrant the following relief:\n (a) In the case of an obligation payable under its terms in\ninstallments under a contract for the purchase of real estate, or\n
