§ 170. Duties, privileges and immunities. All duties imposed by the\nmilitary law or other statute of the state or by regulations issued\nhereunder, upon units, commissioned officers, warrant officers and\nenlisted personnel, respectively, of the organized militia are hereby\nimposed upon the units, commands, headquarters, staffs, cadres,\ncommissioned officers, warrant officers and enlisted personnel,\nrespectively, of the New York guard, and all rights, privileges and\nimmunities conferred by the military law or other statute of the state\nor by regulations issued hereunder, upon the units, commissioned\nofficers, warrant officers and enlisted personnel, respectively, of the\nNew York national guard or of the organized militia are hereby conferred\nupon the units, commands, headquarte
